If you bid on any of our eBay auctions or buy from our eBay store, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The successful bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 working days from the date of the receipt email notification, following the end of sale.

All item prices include GST.

We will contact the winning bidders via e-mail within 24 hours after the auction has ended with all checkout steps included.

All pictures displayed in our auctions and stores (including this website) are for illustration purposes only.

All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

We reserve the right to cancel/end any auction earlier.

Remember that eBay is not a retail outlet, therefore you get great prices, and great service but we do not usually refund for goods bought at auction, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. All sales are final.

Delivery and Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions. We will do everything we can to ensure the delivery of your item is prompt and in good condition. All packages leave us in the condition described in the auction.
 
Delivery address 
Please make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
 
Payment before shipping or pick-up
Items will only be shipped when payment has been received in full, unless we have offered a PICK-UP option for this auction. Once payment is received and item shipped, we will send you an email informing you (and including tracking number if by courier). LearnLoveLaughLive is at no time responsible for the items once they are shipped and in possession of the freight company or Australia Post.
 
Transit time
In most cases you will receive your goods quickly, but if you have not received your item after 5 working days, please contact us immediately so we can track your item and secure its location.
